Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Network Development Engineer to help implement cloud solutions for U.S. Intelligence Community clients.

You will own and transform networking projects from deployment through optimization, partnering with Infrastructure and Systems teams to ensure rapid roll-out of new designs and tools. The role requires 4+ years in routing and Linux/Unix, knowledge of HTTP(S)/DNS/TCP/IP, and Agile/DevOps experience, with willingness to support off-hours escalation and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of major internet routing protocols experience.
• 4+ years of working in a Linux/Unix environment experience.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, to include HTTP(S), DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize networking solutions for Intelligence Community agencies.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Systems, and Software Engineers to ensure rapid rollout of new designs and products.
• Own and drive networking projects related to deployment, implementation, scaling and sustainment.
