Job summary
Pure Storage is seeking a Technical Services Engineer for Portworx in Santa Clara. You will empower enterprise customers to run containerized workloads at scale across public, private, and hybrid clouds, acting as a trusted cloud-native advisor from proof-of-concept to production deployments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex distributed software challenges, accelerate incident resolution, and drive data management across platforms.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support / SRE.
- Proficiency troubleshooting container management platforms and cloud environments.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Optimize cloud-native deployments across Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMware and public clouds.
- Drive full-stack incident resolution for complex issues.
- Collaborate with core engineering to reproduce edge cases and implement fixes.
- Support pre-sales engagements, POC installations, and live production expansions.
- Create KBs and technical guides to enable self-service and raise team expertise.
