Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a Portworx Cloud Native Architect to drive the Kubernetes Everywhere strategy for enterprise-scale deployments.

You will serve as a customer-facing technical leader, guiding the design and implementation of stateful applications across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll enable Day 2 data management workflows and influence customers with thought leadership and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a customer-facing senior-level technical architect.
• Proven ability to engage customers and present solutions.
• 5+ years of Linux administration or development with certification.
• 3+ years of Kubernetes administration with KCNA or above.
• Fluency in OpenShift, Rancher, or similar orchestration environments.
• Fluency with Cloud IaaS (AWS/Azure/GCP) and multi-cloud.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Docker).
• Understanding of data platform technologies for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical and business expertise to customers deploying stateful apps in containers.
• Lead Day 2 data management workflows and automation.
• Champion Kubernetes Everywhere strategy with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with partners and sales to drive adoption and success.
