Job summary

Everpure seeks a Technical Support Engineer to empower customers running Portworx workloads across Kubernetes, OpenShift and cloud platforms. You’ll diagnose complex distributed software challenges, collaborate with engineering, and support production deployments from proof-of-concept to scale.

You will author guides and KBs to help customers self-serve, while working from our Santa Clara office as part of an in-person team.

Qualifications

2–4 years in customer-facing technical support/SRE
Proficiency troubleshooting container management platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Tanzu, VMware solutions) and major public clouds (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
Strong triage, isolation and escalation to engineering partners for complex issues
Clear communication across stakeholders and support channels

Responsibilities

Optimize cloud-native deployments and support large-scale Portworx deployments across Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMware, and public clouds
Lead full-stack incident resolution across multi-layer apps, storage, and cloud infra
Collaborate with product engineering to isolate edge cases and implement fixes
Provide hands-on support during pre-sales, POC installations, and production expansions
Create KB articles and guides for self-service and team learning
