Job summary

Everpure is scaling its Cloud Native/Portworx services across EMEA and seeks a seasoned Cloud Native Customer Engineer based in the UK. You will embed with customers and delivery teams for Portworx Enterprise, PX-Backup, PX-DR, and modern virtualization engagements, supporting design workshops, deployment, and day-2 operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering/Math.
Strong hands-on experience with production Kubernetes environments.
Experience supporting enterprise customers directly in production settings.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Kubernetes clusters and Portworx-based solutions across customer environments.
Lead day-2 operations, monitoring, and incident response with Prometheus/Grafana or similar.
Collaborate with delivery partners and customer teams to ensure successful deployments and handoffs.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to customer teams to support ongoing Portworx operations.
