Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 5 years’ software engineering experience, or 7 years’ experience without a degree.
• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 3 years’ software engineering experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering initiatives, delivering shared infrastructure and scalable ML frameworks.
• Architect and integrate AI-enabled applications that serve millions of users and associates.
• Drive full SDLC across multiple teams, including coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and maintenance.
• Mentor engineers, influence architecture, and promote standardized, maintainable design patterns.
