Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered systems and intelligent automation solutions.
Translate domain strategies into system-level implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and reliability.
Drive operational excellence through code reviews, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices to maintain resilient, observable, and performant services.
Mentor engineers across teams, promoting high standards in design, testing, and delivery.
Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, enhancing system scalability and developer experience.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives.
