Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Master’s degree in computer science or related area with 4 years' experience and WCAG accessibility knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on development of scalable, cloud-native, AI-powered platforms.
• Write production-quality code and implement complex, distributed systems.
• Own execution and architectural integrity of critical services aligned to domain strategy.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Drive code reviews, incident resolution, and system performance optimization.
• Identify architectural bottlenecks and automate solutions to improve velocity.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align tech decisions with business goals.
