Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to design and build scalable microservices and cloud-native applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.

You’ll work on both backend C#/.NET services and modern React front-ends, with containerized workloads, Azure services, and robust CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Strong C# and ASP.NET Core Web API experience.
• Experience with distributed backend systems and microservices.
• Ability to work across modern and legacy .NET codebases.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and modernize .NET applications and microservices.
• Develop backend services and message-driven workflows for high throughput systems.
• Design and optimize SQL Server workloads and queries.
• Build React UIs using TypeScript and modern frontend patterns.
• Maintain Docker/Kubernetes containers and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
