You will leverage cloud-native technologies, system integrations, and data-driven solutions to streamline workflows, improve platform reliability, and deliver scalable user experiences that support critical business operations.

Qualifications

3+ years designing, developing, and supporting full stack applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
3+ years of hands-on development with Python, including application development, automation, system integrations, and API-based solutions.
2+ years building and deploying cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including serverless tech and event-driven architectures.
2+ years creating reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions using Power BI or comparable BI platforms.
1+ year applying modern software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile delivery, and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experiences, and support critical Contact Center & Telephony Services business functions.
Build cloud-native solutions using modern technologies and engineering practices, leveraging Python, Azure services, system integrations, and event-driven architectures to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Develop and support intuitive dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven applications that provide actionable insights into operational performance, service delivery, and business outcomes.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions while contributing to architecture, design, and technology decisions.
Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure application quality, scalability, and reliability.
