Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to design, build, and support modern applications, APIs, and automation solutions across the Contact Center & Telephony Services organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience while supporting critical business operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional software engineering experience designing, developing, and supporting full stack applications, APIs, or enterprise software.
• 3 years of hands-on Python development for application development, automation, system integrations, and APIs.
• 2 years of cloud-native solutions with Microsoft Azure, including serverless and event-driven architectures.
• 2 years of reporting, analytics, and data visualization using Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
• 1 year applying modern software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experiences.
• Build cloud-native solutions using Python, Azure, system integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop dashboards and data-driven applications that provide actionable insights into operational performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable software solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
