Finastra is seeking a Principal Architect to design end‑to‑end technology solutions for lending, payments and universal banking. You will provide technical leadership, craft architecture blueprints, and guide engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure systems that meet enterprise standards.

Lead modernization efforts, cloud migration initiatives, and collaboration with stakeholders across business and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of mission‑critical software for 7,000+

Qualifications

• Expertise in solution architecture and cloud‑native architecture (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and data integrations.
• Proven leadership to guide engineering teams and influence decisions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architecture including application, integration, data and cloud layers.
• Provide technical leadership and review designs, code, and decisions.
• Design APIs, microservices, and system integrations for scalability and reliability.
• Lead cloud migration and automation through CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ensure security, governance, and business continuity across solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners and engineers to plan work.
