Visionist, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Migration Architect with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph for a funded opportunity on a large PRIME contract.

Lead teams to design and deploy CDN infrastructure with Terraform, crafting secure Infrastructure as Code while collaborating with mission stakeholders. The role requires 12 years of system engineering and cloud architecture experience, deep prompt engineering, CDN concepts, and familiarity with Git/Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree).
• 12 years of experience in system engineering and cloud architecture.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, including the nuances, capabilities, and limitations of modern LLMs.
• Practical experience utilizing Terraform for resource deployment based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Experience reviewing, validating, and debugging AI-generated code or infrastructure configurations for production environments.
• Knowledge of Content Delivery Network (CDN) concepts and cloud-based hosting environments such as Cloudflare.
• Familiarity with Git and Atlassian Tools including Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in leveraging AI tools to design, generate, and deploy CDN infrastructure using Terraform.
• Formulate and refine complex AI prompts to consistently produce secure and optimized Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality and efficiency while adjusting prompting strategies to account for model hallucinations and limitations.
• Establish best practices, standardized workflows, and review processes regarding AI interaction and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural requirements and translate them into effective AI directives.

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000
