Job summary
SHI International Corp. seeks a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature SHI’s Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation Cloud Management services.
You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations for enterprise clients using VMware by Broadcom. You’ll partner with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to shape offerings, mentor engineers, monitor delivery performance, and drive a secure,
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
- Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
- Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
