Job summary

Managed Solution in San Diego focuses on cloud transformation and Microsoft licensing. This role supports CSP customers, handles renewals, onboarding, and quoting, and collaborates across sales, technical and finance teams to optimize licensing and drive revenue.

The specialist maintains up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft licensing and CSP policies, while ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with vendor requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on CSP program experience with Partner Center, including CPOR claims.
• Experience with Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing: CSP, NCE, Open Value; Azure billing awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage Microsoft Co-sell opportunities in Partner Center.
• Register client projects as CPOR for recognition of work.
• Handle renewals of Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions; communicate with customers.
• Provide first-line support for Office 365 licensing inquiries.
• Onboard new CSP customers and coordinate licensing transitions.
• Build quotes in Excel and PandaDoc; update price lists monthly.
• Run monthly customer reports and analyze licensing usage for optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and finance teams to resolve issues.
