Heartland Business Systems, LLC. seeks a Microsoft Licensing Specialist II – On Premise to drive licensing revenue within CSP and related Microsoft programs. You will analyze licensing needs, craft scenarios, and present solutions to customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with finance, sales and practice leaders to optimize licensing processes and client outcomes, emphasizing on-premise licensing and CSP migration pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams with working knowledge of Excel formulas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze licensing requirements and guide clients on Microsoft licensing models.
• Create licensing scenarios aligned with client business and technology needs.
• Present licensing options to prospects and internal teams.
• Coordinate with finance and sales to streamline licensing processes.
