Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Technical Content Developer to turn cloud expertise into practical learning. You will partner with subject matter experts to build courses, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with design objectives.

You will apply AI tools to speed drafting while maintaining quality, and you will collaborate within a curriculum pod, reporting to a Curriculum Lead, to deliver scalable enterprise training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of deep hands-on cloud expertise across AWS, Azure or GCP, with enterprise application in mind.
• 2+ years of instructional design grounded in adult learning science.
• 1+ year authoring and testing hands-on labs and projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical learning experiences (courses, modules, labs, projects, quizzes) aligned with design requirements for the cloud domain.
• Translate requirements into learning experiences that enable verifiable skill acquisition and real-world application.
• Author and test hands-on labs and projects end-to-end, ensuring environments are configurable and reproducible.
• Build assessments and quizzes that measure skill acquisition in line with LearnVantage standards.
• Validate technical accuracy with SMEs and keep content updated with cloud platform changes.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate drafting, iteration, and QA without sacrificing quality.
• Incorporate tester and learner feedback into content revisions.
• Work within a curriculum pod and report to a Curriculum Lead.
