Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Experience designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends, nights, or holidays.
• Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation.
• Experience in a training role, including technical training.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated lab publishing processes for Curriculum Developers and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation of curriculum publication and lab environment monitoring.
• Design and develop new labs based on requirements from Curriculum Developers and SMEs.
• Assist in design and review of code for hands‑on lab offerings to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Coordinate and perform testing of new labs prior to release.
• Provide front‑line support for training courses and rapid issue resolution.
• Gather data from instructors and students and respond to lab usability feedback.
• Design and implement health dashboards and automated testing for lab quality.
