Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Technical Content Developer to transform cloud expertise into scalable, hands-on learning experiences for enterprise upskilling. You will partner with SMEs to create modules, labs, projects, and assessments, ensuring technical accuracy and real-world applicability.

You will apply AI tools to speed up drafting and QA, while maintaining high instructional quality. Collaboration with authors, testers, and a Curriculum Lead guides your work in a pod setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of deep hands-on cloud expertise across at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, grounded in adult learning science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience authoring and testing hands-on labs and projects end-to-end.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Computing and AI Prompting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Minimum 2 years in a cloud-related role (Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineer, or Data Architect).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with version control tools like Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical learning experiences (courses, modules, hands-on labs, projects, quizzes, and assessments) for the cloud domain.
• Translate requirements into learning experiences that ensure verifiable skill acquisition.
• Author and test labs and projects end-to-end with reproducible cloud environments.
• Build assessments and quizzes aligned with LearnVantage standards.
• Validate technical accuracy with SMEs to keep pace with cloud changes.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate drafting, iteration, and QA while maintaining quality.
• Incorporate tester and learner feedback into revisions.
• Work in a curriculum pod and report to a Curriculum Lead.
