Job summary

London Approach is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer in Fort Washington, PA. This customer-facing role focuses on Linux, cloud, and containerized environments, working onsite four days per week to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

You will interact directly with customers to diagnose problems, deploy and maintain systems, and automate operational tasks while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or technical support experience.
• Experience supporting cloud architecture and cloud-hosted environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Working knowledge of Git, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Terraform, OpenTofu, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Washington four days per week.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities
