Job summary

GST, Inc seeks an IT Lead - Systems & Support to oversee and enhance our internal technology environment in Cerritos, CA. This hands-on role covers IT infrastructure, systems administration, end-user support, cybersecurity, collaboration tools, AV systems, and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, leads projects, supports employees, and manages Microsoft 365 technologies, Active Directory/Entra ID, and hybrid work tools to boost productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT systems administration or related support roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience in Windows environments.
• Hands-on with AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, and user access management.
• Experience with collaboration tech, AV systems, and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance internal IT infrastructure and systems.
• Provide Tier II/III support for devices, software, and network issues.
• Maintain conferencing and collaboration tools, including Teams Rooms.
• Manage security practices, MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft collaboration tools and automation.
• Evaluate AI-powered tools to improve productivity.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
