Qualifications

5+ years of IT support experience.
Experience in customer-facing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on deskside support to diverse end users, including executive support
Test and troubleshoot software upgrades, system images, and hardware deployments
Identify and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple device types
Provide on-site and remote technical support
Support popular operating systems and applications
Collaborate with internal Kyndryl teams and alliance partners such as Microsoft
Identify opportunities for modernization and automation
Present innovative ideas to improve the end-user experience and drive cost savings
Meet customer satisfaction, XLA, and SLA targets
Deploy and support current technology solutions
