Job summary

Google seeks a Partner Development Manager for Developer Platforms within Google Cloud to drive strategic ISV partnerships and GTM motions. You will recruit and manage partners, structure terms, and align with product and sales leadership to expand Google Cloud offerings.

This role emphasizes executive collaboration and rapid decision making. You will influence across ecosystems, own the partner lifecycle, and build scalable programs for GenAI-enabled tools and developer platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in partner management or business development.
• 5 years of experience working with public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS markets.
• 5 years of experience within developer tools technologies.

Responsibilities

• Help partners grow their business on Google Cloud leveraging GenAI capabilities.
• Develop and manage new line-of-business partnerships and be the single point-of-contact for these partners at Google Cloud.
• Structure new commercial terms to bring partners’ SaaS solutions to GCP.
• Build the ISV co-sell plan with the global field sales organization.
• Be the single point-of-contact for partners in your portfolio across Operations, Financial, Sales and Product.
