Job summary

11:11 Systems seeks an experienced Lead Cloud Integrations Engineer to drive migration and integration efforts for our cloud-based customers. You will plan, provision, migrate, and optimize cloud environments while leading the Cloud Integration team to resolve complex issues and ensure excellent customer outcomes.

The role requires strong VMware experience, cloud service knowledge, and a proven ability to manage escalations, collaborate across teams, and maintain data security and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years as a technical, hands-on VMware administrator.
• Experience with VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).
• Experience managing scalable, highly available VMware infrastructures; multi-virtual environments.
• Understanding of cloud services (BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS).
• Excellent communicator with professional growth mindset; detail- and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver migration services to meet integrations strategy for customers.
• Act as technical lead for Cloud Integration team to resolve migration problems.
• Plan requirements with the team and triage escalated tickets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Development and vendors as needed.
• Provide superior customer service while maintaining professional relationships.
• Ensure data handling and compliance with company policies.
