Job summary

11:11 Systems seeks an experienced Cloud Integrations Engineer in the United States to lead migration projects, provision cloud resources, and optimize client environments. You will drive customer success through integration and strong relationship management.

The role reports to the Manager of Cloud Integrations and requires hands-on VMware expertise, OpenStack and AWS familiarity, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years VMware administrator experience.
• Experience with VMware tools: vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager.
• Experience managing scalable, highly available VMware infrastructures.
• Experience with multiple virtual environments.
• Knowledge of virtualization tech: VMware, OpenStack, AWS.
• Understanding of cloud services: BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS.
• 4+ years as a technical support representative with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and professional growth mindset.
• Detail- and goal-oriented; able to work independently.
• Able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver migration services to meet the company’s integration strategy for customers.
• Triage requests and plan technical requirements with the team.
• Act as escalation point for migration/integration problems.
• Escalate and collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams.
• Own project tickets and ensure follow-through.
• Follow company service management practices and customer-focused standards.
• Deliver superior customer service while maintaining professional relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors for support needs.
