Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the evolution of its cloud-scale infrastructure. You will partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, align priorities, and lead large-scale programs across capacity and efficiency initiatives.

In this role you will establish milestones, track success metrics, manage dependencies, and shape product decisions that support a major transformation of developer experience and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery with an understanding of user needs and requirements.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and time zones with strong communication.
• Experience collaborating with technical management to develop systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead program teams to align objectives.
• Define program requirements, prioritize initiatives, and establish scope including roadmaps.
• Create communication plans to share status, risks, and challenges.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Lead technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation.
• Establish and monitor metrics and performance indicators for cross-functional execution.
• Address long-term infrastructure challenges with engineering leaders and stakeholders.
• Shape product decisions to align with company initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and drive automation across teams.
