Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Practice Sales Director for Cloud & Infrastructure Services to drive profitable growth across strategic CIS accounts. You will own end-to-end sales—from pipeline creation and deal shaping to order booking and revenue realization—while advising clients on integrated CIS outcomes.

In this senior role, you will partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Industry teams to position offerings such as Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization,

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure and Managed Services economics.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
• Commercial acumen across pricing, margins and contractual structures.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• High independence, ownership, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Engage CXOs, IT heads, and infrastructure leaders in client-facing CIS engagements.
• Shape and influence large, complex, multitower CIS deals from start to close.
• Lead solution positioning, value articulation, and commercials with solution teams.
• Collaborate with Account teams, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Pricing for deal closure.
• Ensure strong handover from sales to delivery with clear scope and success metrics.
