Luna Data Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of Infrastructure IT Services for a long-term contract in Jackson, MS. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on modernization, cloud adoption, and IT service delivery leadership reporting to CIO/CTO.

Responsibilities include overseeing cloud, network, security, and service desk operations, vendor coordination, and governance to ensure continuity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT operations leadership.
• 8+ years in senior management with technical teams.
• 8+ years managing enterprise cloud environments (AWS).
• 2+ years in IT vendor management, contract oversight, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of ITIM and Delivery Services for enterprise infrastructure.
• Lead cloud strategy, governance, and migration efforts across cloud environments.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Develop and ensure disaster recovery, high availability, and resiliency plans.
