Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of leading multi‑tier web services development.
• 3+ years in software engineer or related role.
• 1+ years of technical leadership and project management across SDLC.
• 1+ years of distributed software systems in Java/C#/C++.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a group of software development engineers, including hiring, promotion, performance assessments and mentorship.
• Lead design reviews and ensure high standards for system design and code quality.
• Drive architectural decisions for management API infrastructure and SDK development across languages.
• Collaborate with leadership and customers to identify features and balance tactical vs strategic work.
• Translate business requirements into engineering plans and manage multiple projects to delivery.
• Establish design review processes, standards, and operational excellence across teams.
