Job summary

You will lead a growing team of engineers and technicians, drive sustainable processes, manage budgets, and ensure on-time installations across the AWS data center platform in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Basic leadership and people-management abilities.
• Preferred: Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages.
• Oversee installation network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Guide, train and educate staff on best practices for service ownership issues.
• Manage tasks and deliverables across small to large projects.
• Recommend, document, and oversee policies to meet industry best practices and SLAs.
• Provide weekly reports to the data center manager.
• Coordinate team resources to support project and delivery needs, including off-hours and on-call.
