Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure, IAM and security engineer to design, build, and operate secure cloud platforms across AWS and our data centers. You will implement authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and federation using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM, while advancing Zero Trust and least-privilege controls.

You’ll develop automation with Python and Go, provision infrastructure with Terraform, and deploy services on Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, IAM, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience designing identity and access controls in AWS environments.
• Experience with container tech and Kubernetes.
• Automation skills with Python, Go and Terraform; Zero Trust mindset.
• Experience with federation protocols (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2/SCIM) and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS and data centers.
• Implement IAM, IGA, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and provisioning.
• Develop automation and IaC solutions using Terraform and Python/Go.
• Design security controls for AI-powered systems and governance workflows.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to deliver secure-by-design solutions and incident response.
• Write high-quality code, participate in reviews, and drive operational excellence.
• Be part of on-call and incident response for Dev Productivity.
