Job summary

Cerebras Systems seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure and IAM Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms across AWS and private data centers. You will implement authentication, authorization, SSO, and identity lifecycle management.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust, least-privilege access, and governance, with hands-on coding in Python/Go and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure or IAM/Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC).
• Experience designing and operating identity and access controls within AWS; production services on AWS.
• Experience with container technology and Kubernetes.
• Automation and coding skills in Python, Go, Terraform, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms in AWS and data centers.
• Implement IAM, IGA, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and provisioning/deprovisioning using modern standards.
• Develop automation and IaC solutions using Terraform and languages such as Python and Go.
• Design security controls for AI-powered systems including Zero Trust and governance services.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to deliver secure-by-design solutions and drive operational excellence.
• Participate in on-call and incident response for production systems.
