Job summary

Cerebras Systems is hiring for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure/Platform Engineering role in Sunnyvale, CA. You will design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms, implement IAM/IGA, and automate with Terraform and Python/Go.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Identity & Access Management, Identity Engineering, or Security Engineering.

Responsibilities

Drive the design and architecture of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms in AWS and Cerebras data centers.
Design and implement IAM, IGA, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and provisioning/deprovisioning using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM.
Develop automation, integrations, and IaC using Terraform and languages such as Python and Go.
Design security controls for AI-powered systems and contribute to core security services (identity, secrets, KMS, authentication, authorization).
Partner across Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure to drive secure-by-design solutions and Zero Trust.
Drive technical direction and cross-team initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience.
Write high-quality code, participate in reviews, mentor engineers, raise the technical bar.
Support critical production systems with observability, incident response, and automation.
Participate in on-call for the Developer Productivity org.
