Job summary

Leidos in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the IDCS Cloud Team on a high-visibility DoD enterprise program.

You will implement and operate cloud environments (AWS/Azure GovCloud/GCP), apply RMF/STIGs, automate with IaC, and collaborate across DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering teams.

On-site at Joint Base San Antonio; active DoD Secret clearance and strong problem solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a relevant field; DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification often required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility (as applicable).
• 5+ years in DevOps or related field; GovCloud operations experience preferred.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Experience securing GovCloud environments and compliance with RMF/STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Implement, operate, and optimize cloud infrastructure environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) for services.
• Provide admin and deployment support across GovCloud platforms.
• Configure and test native and commercial capabilities in cloud environments.
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and platform services across multi-enclave clouds.
• Implement IaC and automation for provisioning and config management.
• Support DevSecOps pipelines with automated deployment and monitoring.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security; perform patching and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering teams.
