Qualifications

• 1–3 years in technical operations or deployment coordination.
• Strong experience with Smartsheet setup and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data centers or network infrastructure is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve project management environment (Smartsheet/Jira).
• Maintain PRDs and technical build docs with version control.
• Track critical path milestones and deployment timelines.
• Translate field experience into global playbooks.
• Maintain global deployment calendar and governance docs.
