Job summary

Vultr is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to help build and maintain the operating system powering global infrastructure delivery. The role blends technical curiosity with operational discipline and a collaborative mindset to support our hyperscale partnerships.

You will own the project management environment, ensure the integrity of core documents, and assist in tracking milestones to meet delivery dates in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience with Smartsheet and building data-driven dashboards.
• Understanding of how complex physical projects move from planned to live.
• Strong curiosity about how systems work and how to improve automation.
• Clear, concise documentation and partnership-focused communication.
• Degree in a technical or operations-focused field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Systems Architecture & Workflow Automation: own and evolve our project management environment (Smartsheet/Jira) and automated scheduling tools.
• Custodian of the Source of Truth: manage PRDs and Technical Build Books; ensure diagrams and SOPs are version-controlled.
• Delivery Coordination & Tracking: act as Ground Control for deployment pipeline and track critical path milestones.
• Process Engineering: translate field experience into global playbooks and refine templates/workflows.
• Operational Governance & Support: assist governance and maintain the global deployment calendar and documentation.
