Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Mid Cloud Computing Infrastructure Architect to design, implement and automate cloud infrastructure for government-related clients at Warner Robins Air Force Base. The role emphasizes AWS expertise, containerization with Kubernetes, and DevOps practices to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

The candidate should hold an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain one, with a strong background in Linux, IaC tooling (Terraform/Vault), and networking. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces (Bash).
• Experience designing and automating provisioning of cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or Vault).
• Knowledge of networking technologies (DNS, load balancing, TLS).
• Education options or equivalent experience as described (associates with 4+ yrs, or bachelor with 2+ yrs, or 6+ yrs in lieu).
• Ability to obtain IAT or IAM level II/III certification prior to start date.
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to design, develop, test, and debug cloud solution components.
• Work within a DevOps framework to create and manage container applications using Kubernetes.
• Apply cloud security principles and automate provisioning of cloud resources.
