Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and deliver cloud and on-premises solutions for intelligence systems at Warner Robins AFB, GA. The role focuses on cloud components, DevOps practices, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cloud/IT infrastructure design, AWS certifications, and DoD security credentials. Onsite work at a secure facility is required, with strong collaboration across engineers and end-users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience architecting on-premises and cloud solutions for intelligence systems.
• 3+ years designing, developing, testing, and debugging cloud solution components.
• Experience documenting systems in Visio and/or Cameo.
• Experience drafting policy and guidance for cloud maintenance and sustainment.
• Ability to communicate with end-users and engineers to ensure models align with standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Location: Warner Robins Air Force Base, Georgia (Onsite)

Clearance: Must Have an Active TS/SCI

Role OverviewAs a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will use enterprise cloud platforms to support clients in modernizing their IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to design, define, develop, test, and debug cloud solution components. This role involves working within a DevOps framework to create and manage container applications and using products like Kubernetes. You will partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver technical solutions, whether modernizing legacy platforms or creating new ones.
