Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team, a central pillar of our platform reliability and customer experience in our global customer success team.

In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for Vultr’s products and infrastructure, serving as an escalation point for complex issues and supporting both customers and internal teams in diagnosing and resolving platform-related problems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise technical support or similar advanced role.
• Experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments and GPUs a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with technical guidance on Vultr products and services.
• Act as first responder to platform alerts, assess impact, troubleshoot, escalate as needed.
• Lead incident analysis and root cause investigations with preventive actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve platform issues and outages.
• Create and maintain internal docs and knowledge base materials.
