Job summary

Neo4j is expanding its Aura Infrastructure team and seeking an ambitious Engineer to join us. You will help design, build and operate core cloud infrastructure for Aura across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a focus on Kubernetes and scalable systems.

You will work with production-grade tooling, implement IaC, and collaborate with product and operations to ensure reliability in a 24/7 environment. This role offers impact at scale and a culture that values openness, learning, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience building production software in Go or similar language.
• Production Kubernetes experience.
• Expertise with multiple CSPs (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or similar.
• Experience with VMs, Linux, networking and storage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate core Aura cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with teams to plan features for internal/external use.
• Manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure.
• Build resilient, high-availability infra across CSPs.
• Investigate issues in Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, logging, and automate solutions.
• Support a 24/7/365 service environment.
• Work with Kubernetes operators and IaC tooling.
