Aurora is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Cloud Platform team. You will help build and operate our Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure and developer tools, enabling safer, faster delivery of self-driving software.

The role emphasizes shipping production Go/Python/C++ services, collaborating across teams, and advancing infrastructure like Terraform, ArgoCD, and Helm in a hybrid, in-office model at least 3 days per week across SF and Seattle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering commercial products/services, with Go preferred.
• Cloud infra experience (AWS/EKS) and Kubernetes internals understanding.
• Production code in Go, Python, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Drive upgrades and improvements to Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Build developer-facing tooling to improve velocity.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to gather requirements and drive projects.
