Job summary

Agfa HealthCare seeks a Global Enterprise Solutions Architect to drive architecture strategy, governance, and cloud-enabled platform transformation across regions. You will lead a cross-functional team to standardise designs, facilitate secure and scalable deployments, and influence product roadmaps based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture, infrastructure design, cloud technologies, or healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, virtualization, storage, networking, cybersecurity, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud solutions within AWS and/or other major cloud providers.
• Experience with containerisation technologies and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting strategic customer engagements, large-scale bids, and complex solution design activities.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and govern global solution architecture standards and reference designs.
• Lead the architectural transition from VM-based to containerised Kubernetes platforms.
• Collaborate with executives, product, R&D, and sales to align architectures with business goals.
• Support strategic sales opportunities through solution design, architecture reviews, and customer presentations.
• Develop customer-facing architectural documentation and collateral.
