Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking an experienced Cloud Consultant to support healthcare organizations in modernizing infrastructure, optimizing cloud environments, and implementing scalable, secure cloud solutions. This W2-hourly contract role involves working with hospitals, health systems, and payer organizations to plan, design, and implement cloud-based platforms and services.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on cloud consulting, architecture or engineering experience.
Healthcare clients or regulated healthcare environments experience.
Expertise across major clouds: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience migrations, hybrid cloud, containers, and DevOps practices.
Scripting and automation proficiency (PowerShell, Python, Bash, CI/CD).
Strong cloud security, identity, networking, and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

Act as technical expert for cloud strategy, architecture, migration and optimization.
Lead cloud assessments, migrations and modernization projects for healthcare clients.
Design secure, compliant, scalable cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Build IaC solutions using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates or CloudFormation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate cloud with EHRs, data platforms and apps.
Ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance and governance, cost optimization, and performance monitoring.
