Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Cloud Security Specialist (IAM & Cloud Controls) to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of identity and access management across enterprise platforms. You will work with engineering and security teams to build scalable IAM controls and governance for multi-cloud environments.

You will own the backlog, lead agile ceremonies, and partner with vendors and platform teams to deliver high-impact IAM initiatives while maintaining governance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical product management, security engineering, cloud engineering, or IAM roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and IAM concepts.
• Experience with policy-as-code, CI/CD integrations, and cloud security tooling.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional tech products using agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical product roadmap for cloud IAM capabilities and governance automation.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and security teams to design scalable IAM controls.
• Drive delivery of IAM capabilities within CI/CD pipelines and governance rules.
• Translate enterprise IAM strategy into well-defined product requirements.
