Job summary

The San Antonio Museum of Art seeks an Information Systems Manager to lead a two-person IS team in a hands-on, cloud-first environment. You will set IS strategy, own security and disaster recovery, administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Keeper, and mentor the IS Supervisor while ensuring reliable staff support.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional IT experience with systems administration, networking, and Microsoft 365 in a cloud-first or hybrid environment.
• Two or more years of supervisory, team-lead, or project-management experience.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and/or Defender for Office 365; strong knowledge of Intune configuration and policy management.

Responsibilities

• Manage security, identity, and access across Entra ID, MFA, VPN, and Meraki firewall.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and resilience using Veeam and Keeper vaults.
• Lead vendor relationships and IT budget, with hands-on support when needed.
