Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Senior Cloud FinOps Platform Engineer to lead cost management on our cloud platform. You’ll embed FinOps into platform foundations, guardrails, and automation, helping teams understand, attribute, and optimize cloud usage.

You’ll design cost allocation standards, build cost dashboards, integrate tools like Flexera and ProsperOps, and automate cost controls within IaC and CI/CD. A 5–8+ year background on Azure/AWS/GCP is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, FinOps, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of cloud cost drivers, billing models, usage patterns, and optimization strategies.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience evaluating and implementing cloud commitment models (Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, or equivalents).
• Experience working with cost optimization vendors or managed FinOps platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve cost allocation standards across cloud environments.
• Embed cost insight into platform provisioning workflows and templates.
• Ensure cloud resources are created with consistent, enforceable cost attribution.
• Lead the integration and ongoing development of cloud cost platforms and automation (Flexera, CloudZero, ProsperOps).
• Enable cross-cloud cost visibility, unit cost analysis, and business-level attribution, including a showback model.
