Job summary

enGen seeks a senior leader to manage a team responsible for Oracle ERP products including Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Portfolio Management. You will own cloud applications, oversee day-to-day IT support, and guide onshore/offshore vendor relationships while driving strategic initiatives.

Required: 7 years leading projects, 5 years in management, 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP, PMP/Oracle/ITIL preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Information Technology, or closely related discipline.
• 7 years of managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions across a Cloud technology platform.
• 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP technology (implementation and/or support).
• PMP, Oracle certifications and ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, coaching, rewards, performance management, and staff productivity.
• Plan and direct day-to-day department operations; develop policies and programs; budget responsibility.
• Design and lead finance system implementation and maintenance.
• Coordinate system enhancements and quarterly cloud upgrades.
• Ensure finance modules work effectively with quality measures.
• Lead and develop onshore and offshore cloud teams.
• Manage vendor relationships to meet organizational needs.
• Assess cost, risks and rationalize portfolio.
