Job summary

enGen seeks a senior leader to manage the Oracle ERP Cloud suite, overseeing Finance, Supply Chain, and PPM. You will own cloud applications and direct daily operations while guiding strategic initiatives with clients and vendors.

You will lead a cross-functional team of analysts across locations, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and successful future implementations in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and ability to interact with senior leaders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis to diagnose system deficiencies and implement solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Finance processes and IT supporting these processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance IT systems and cloud implementations with onshore, offshore, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of the finance system portfolio.
• Coordinate system upgrades and ensure data integrity and reliability across Oracle ERP Cloud.
