Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financial solutions for global clients. You will collaborate with C-level executives, finance leaders, and delivery teams to modernize finance processes and enable enterprise transformation.

The role requires deep Oracle Cloud Financials expertise, program leadership across multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years Oracle implementation experience, incl. 10+ years supporting Oracle Financial applications and large-scale ERP transformations.
• Minimum of 4 years as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Architect on global Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Proven experience delivering at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP implementations across full project lifecycles.
• Deep expertise within Oracle Cloud Financials: GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, SLA, Tax.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Finance executives and project leadership teams.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Facilitate workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution reviews and executive design sessions.
• Define and validate Oracle Cloud Finance designs and implementation strategies.
• Translate requirements into scalable, integrated Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead functional workstreams through requirements, config, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
• Liaise between functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and integration.
• Provide leadership for CRPs, demos, testing cycles, defect resolution and deployment readiness.
• Drive governance, risk management, change management and executive communications.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to Oracle Cloud delivery methodologies and accelerators.
• Support business development activities, solutioning workshops, and client presentations.
• Contribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud practice through knowledge sharing and innovation.
