Job summary

Simmons Prepared Foods Inc. is seeking an IT professional to manage the Cloud ERP environment and drive change management within our IT infrastructure at the Rogers, AR site.

The role requires collaboration with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure availability, security, and capacity planning for Tier 1 & 2 systems. The ideal candidate will assist in documentation, reporting, and process improvements, with a focus on compliance and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Assist in developing and maintaining processes for managing the IT Cloud ERP environment.
• Experience with configuration Cloud ERP management tools and release management.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Cloud ERP environment and change management processes within IT.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to support availability and stability.
• Document configurations, change requests, and approvals; generate regular reports.
• Support training and communication on changes to ensure smooth adoption.
• Participate in team activities and align with company policies and LEAN principles.
• Travel approximately 10–15% to Simmons facilities and offices.
